When I got the chance to test and review yet another Mindvalley course, I was ecstatic. After all, I have been very impressed with all the Mindvalley Quests I have taken so far. However, my excitement was replaced by mild skepticism after examining the content of “Uncompromised Life”, the Mindvalley course we are looking at today.

You see, this is an online course based heavily on hypnotherapy. And, as much as I am enthusiastic about personal transformation programs, hypnosis was out of my comfort zone at first. So, what made me still give the course a fair shot without any prejudices? Statistics!

I’m gonna admit, I had never heard of Marisa Peer before. So, to warm up for the “Uncompromised Life” Mindvalley Quest, I decided to look into the famous TEDx talk held by Marisa a few years back.

As you see, Peer manages to provide some invaluable nuggets of wisdom in only 15-minutes. It also helps that she is simply a splendid speaker. Her natural charisma draws you in and gives you that instant motivation boost.

All in all, this video got me hooked for more. And, I was super amped up to embark on this Mindvalley Quest from Marisa Peer. “Uncompromised Life” Mindvalley Quest is heavily based on Rapid Transformation Therapy, one of the key methodologies Marisa Peer uses with her clients. Let’s examine this mysterious method a bit more in-depth.

What is RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)?

Since the “Uncompromised Life” Mindvalley Quest is heavily based on Rapid Transformation Therapy, let’s take a quick look at what this much-hyped methodology is all about.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a form of therapy created and pioneered by Marisa Peer. So, I will be throwing myself into this Quest without any prejudices.

Review conclusion: is Uncompromised Life really worth it?

Some of the self-development topics, such as the concept of delayed gratification and positive visualization, were already familiar to me. Still, Marisa Peer did a much better job of explaining and teaching these concepts than any self-help book out there. This is because the course felt very intimate. At times I entirely forgot that I was sat behind a computer screen. It felt more like being in a one-on-one therapy session with one of the world’s most acclaimed therapists. Talk about saving money and time!

Now, let’s talk about the hypnotic exercises included in “Uncompromised Life”, did they work?

As I have emphasized several times, I started “Uncompromised Life” with mild skepticism. However, I am glad to say that all my misconceptions and prejudices about hypnotherapy were shattered. Hypnosis does indeed have legitimate positive effects!

Marisa Peer calls her method RAPID Transformational Therapy for a reason. You will notice the positive effects almost right away. For example, my general level of well-being started to improve right after doing the first hypnotherapy sessions. I noticed an improvement in my daily mood, motivation levels, and personal relationships. And, to my astonishment, all these improvements came without any conscious effort on my part. This makes the “Uncompromised Life” a great course for people who do not have time to learn practices such as mindfulness or meditation, yet want to improve their mental health. Just listen to Marisa Peers’s hypnotic exercises while going about your day and reap the benefits. You can even do this while on your daily commute or before falling asleep.

From my experience, there were even some positive “side effects” that I wasn’t prepared for. My quality of sleep has been lackluster for the last few years. But, after a month of being a part of this program, I started to sleep like a rock each night. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
